- Delivery Hours: 11.30am to 8.30pm (Mon – Sun)
- Delivery Ordering Time: 9.00am to 8.00pm (Mon – Sun)
- Delivery waiting time will be between 45 – 90 minutes subject to distance/ weather/order volume.
- Delivery fees are subjected to areas. Limited delivery areas only.
- For large orders exceeding RM200, the estimated delivery time is within 2 hours.
- Please be informed that our products are subject to 6% Service Tax which will be charged upon payment, except for non-taxable products.
- Prices of this menu are applicable for Borenos Delivery only and subject to change without prior notice.
- All products in the promotional meals and sets are fixed.
- Meal deal for Borenos Delivery and Dine In /Take Away may differ.
- Although
we will try our best to deliver your food orders within the indicated
time frame, to help ensure the safety of our riders, delivery times may
be affected due to bad weather, traffic conditions and/or any other
unforeseeable technical issues.
- Delivery service is subject to availability. We reserve the right to reject any order.
- Visuals shown are for illustration purposes only.
- Payment
can only be made by cash at the point of arrival of food or via online payment facilities.
- There is strictly no refund, change or cancellation once the order has been confirmed or payment has been made.
- Without
prejudice to anything in the Privacy Policy, by placing an order, you
confirm that you authorize, agree and consent to Borenos’ collecting,
using, disclosing and/or processing personal data about you (whether
provided by you before, during or after placement of the order, or that
Borenos’ otherwise possesses you) for the following purposes: (i)
facilitating, processing, dealing with, administering, managing such
order and payment for such order and any subsequent order that you may
place; (ii) carrying out due diligence and other screening activities,
or to prevent or investigate any fraud or breach of contract or unlawful
activity, or complying with or as required by any applicable law,
governmental or regulatory requirements of any relevant jurisdiction;
(iii) conducting research, analysis and development activities
(including but not limited to data analytics, surveys and/or profiling)
to enhance Borenos’ products, services and/or operations, and/or
otherwise for Borenos’ business operations and purposes; (iv) storing,
hosting, backing up (whether for disaster recovery or otherwise) of such
personal data, whether within or outside Malaysia (collectively,
“Purposes”). Borenos’ may disclose personal data about you to Borenos’
affiliates and/or third-party service providers and/or agents
(“Representatives”), who perform certain functions for Borenos’ in
connection with the Purposes, so long as disclosure is necessary to
enable such Representatives to perform the said functions. The
Representatives may be located within or outside Malaysia. In this
regard, you hereby acknowledge, agree and consent that the said
Representatives may, to the extent necessary to perform the said
function, collect, use, disclose, process and/or store your personal
data.
